Good for it's price

I had a lot of difficulty figuring out why the software wasn't behaving as I would have expected. Especially the terrain feature. If you have a rectangular level lot, it's no problem. Once you get into trying to slope your lot or create accurate lengths on odd shaped lots, it's difficult, but you can do it, it's just not documented well, you will have to call or go to the forums. Don't expect to create plans for a deck off it. I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't change the framing on the deck.... so I had to accept the default 2x8 and multiple rows of support beams instead of being able to choose 2x10 and eliminate a row of supports. Which would make it difficult to use this for getting permits if you can't create the framing you want. I gave it 4 stars because you get what you pay for, it's not that expensive.
